make link between two sheets

Hello all,

I work with vehicles and the case is that in file one i have list of all vehicle trips with driver name and date of each trip, in file two i have list of authorized drivers on certain dates

i need to creat a link of authrized drivers from file two to match with file one
depending on the date.

It is taking lot of time to check trips on file two and then write remarks on file one
