    "Flag" in a selection statement

    I am tidying up someone elses workbook, does anyone know what the Flag parameter does/is in the following:

    =IF(Flag,T1,L1)

    A lookup/dropdown menu thing was labelled Flag somehow.

    Flag is a NAME

    try to do this to understand


    Ctrl+F3
You can see there is a "flag" in the list
Select the flag, then see the below "refrence to"
Go the cell or range, there must be some function to returna logical vaule, 0 or 1, true or false
    I need your support to add reputations if my solution works.
