Graphing LOG

Hello,

I am in a second year university biology class. I have been given a question that falls very far from my tree of excel knowledge. I have to plot the relationship of this equation:

Log10( y )*= 1.178 * log10 ( x )*-0.389

Some help would be much appreciated. Especially since I have to finish it very very soon!!!!!

Solve the equation for y, create x values over the domain of interest, and plot it.
