Find MIN location, show cell next to it

I imagine this is pretty simple but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Here's what I want to do...

Find MIN in Column F
After finding the MIN in F (let's pretend F222 is the current min)
Show the text in the field next to it (in this case display text from E222)
