PivotTable Calculations Help

Here is a zip of the some of the sample data from the spreadsheet. You can see the grouped data with some of the results being pulled in from the server. It needs to calculate across the board the correct percentages as well down to the grand totals. Example: so far the total completes is 71 and total invites sent is 972, so the grand total percentage under the % Complete column should be 71/921=.07 or 7%. Hopefully this helps a little more.
