conditional formatting?

I have an spreadsheet that I created. I entered a simple formula in one of the cells basically =(B2/B3). I was wondering if anyone could give me direction on how I could change the color of that cell value if it is greater than certain conditions. For instance...if my reference cells are "making" and "2.31", and the formula above gives me a result greater than the 2.31, it would change the number to say red.
So on one line of my spreadsheet, I am recording the activity "making", and then the times and amount produced for making which gives me "2.31". I want that cell to turn to red if the value is greater than "2.31".
