Subtract a number and change colors

I have a shift calendar that is coded by colors showing which shift is on for that day.

First I want to change the colors by highlighting the entire year. If the formatted color is red I want to change to Yellow. Sounds so simple????

Also I want to change the number by subtracting 2. Is there a way to do this without using =A2-2???
