Converting a Histogram data into Scatter Plot data

    Hello,

I have a sample data in file which is good for plotting histogram i.e. I have the "Value" column and the "Freq". Now I would like to convert this data into a format which will help me in plotting a scatterplot.

So for example in the attached file (Hist_to_Scatterplot.xls) I will need to convert/exapand a row (say for example Row 5 in the attached file) into 10 rows i.e. the value "4" occurs "10" times and so on for all the 8 rows in the file. How can I do that?

I know my explanation or language may not be clear but I would be happy to clarify it.

    Any help will be appreciated...Thanks

I have a sample for you, it's using the VBA. So pls enable your macro before open this.
It can be much simpler, I believe.
