Stopwatch/Timer

Hi,

I am a new user and am hoping some of you guys might be able to help me with an Excel problem.

I need a stopwatch/timer in Excel which will count up minute-by-minute. I also need the functionality to stop and start the stopwatch/timer and, if possible be able to insert a time/minute from where the stopwatch/timer can start again.
