SUMPRODUCT error

i have a sumproduct error in a totals row accross columns at the top of some data. in Q3

=SUMPRODUCT((LEFT(Q6:Q200)="F")*(F5:F200<>4))

this formula is returning #N/A

i tried to modify it from another page where it was at the bottom of the data working fine but don't know where i have gone wrong!

=SUMPRODUCT((LEFT(Q$5:OFFSET(Q54,-1,0))="F")*($F$5:OFFSET($Q54,-1,-11)<>4))

what did i do wrong??!!
