Changing Seconds to minutes

Hi,

I have a countdown timer in my worksheet which only displays in seconds but I would like it to display in minutes and seconds. When I set it to display in mintues it always comes up with a full date counting down rather than just the minutes and seconds. Is there a way of getting rid of the date part?
