Help with reference Function

I'm trying to reference a cell on a different page that I named: Job1A

I have tons of pages with identical forms that reference Job1a, Job1b, Job1c, Job2a, Job2b, Job2c as well as the same thing for grass1a, grass1b, grass1c, grass2a, grass2b, grass2c ETC ETC ETC.

I want to be able to put the word "Grass" or "Job" into Cell A1 of every sheet depending on what it's in reference to, and then call out the cell named Job1a.

Right now it's set up for: =+Job1a

I'd like to be able to write: =+(A1)1a and have it recognize A1 as the word JOB and then reference =+JOB1a.

Any way i can do this?
