Compare data between two columns

I have two columns with information that "should" match. Is there a formula or something that I can use to compare these two and bring back something to indicate the ones that ARE NOT matching!

If they are side by side matches, then, with your data starting in A2 and B2, in C2

If you expect each value in column B to be somewhere in Column A, you can use

This is not case sensitive but will not work if there are extra spaces or spelling errors.
Drag the formula down the column as far as needed.
