Excel Email Embedding Not Wanted

I have created an Excel spreadsheet. Somehow, emails have gotten embedded in the cells. I don't want them there and found the only way to remove them is to edit hyperlink one cell at a time. Is there one step that will get rid of all hyperlinks in selected cells and one step that will turn on all hyperlinks within selected cells?

A simple macro would remove all hyperlinks (See link)

If the embedded e-mail is a object you could try F5 > special > objects. If it selects them then you can simple press delete
