how to format data so 0s don't disappear

Currently, I have cash values in column A. (You can view the sample file here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=32BMTRX3 )
The problem is cash values of 0 don't show up. I tried formatting the data in several ways but still no luck. I know this is a newbie question, but does anyone know how to format column A of my file so that 0 will actually say 0 and not ""?

Go to Tools/Options and, in the View tab, verify that the Zero Values checkbox is not unthicked.
