Does this work for you, it will change the format to a TEXT format
=TEXT(DATE(YEAR(A1),MONTH(A1),DAY(A1)),"dd/mm/yyyy")&" "&TEXT(MOD(A1,1),"hh"":""mm"":""ss")
Result = 19/08/2008 08:30:00
