fill in the non blank

I'm trying to accomplish the following

7 cells and only 1 of them will have information. i want an 8 cell to display information from the 1 cell that isn't blank. is this possible? the information will always be in one of those 7 cells but will change on a daily basis.
Note the non blank cell will have a date (if that matters)
