Sumproduct question

Hello All... sure would appreciate if someone could help me with the following task.

In the attached file, sheet 1 contains a list of team members and a corresponding percentage for each month. I'd like a cell on sheet 2 to count all of the people who are on team 1 with a 70% for the month of August.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

=COUNTIF(Sheet1!D:D,"70%")

for the other percentages just replace the 70% with the other percentage to count
