fixed cell size

Forgive me, I don't know Excel well to know what the correct terminology is, but I am working on a large file and am discovering there are some cells that have fixed viewing sizes...in other words, some cells conform to the amount of text in them and others are fixed to a certain size and some of the text is hidden unless you know it's there to resize the cell.

Is there a way to make all cells conform to the text and not have to search for fixed cells to resize them?
