Creating Headers within a date range

I am trying to create a work sheet.

In A1 I will put "Start" in A2 "end" in B1 goes a date in B2 another date in the future. Using these two date I would like to create headers in this or another worksheet with all the months and years within these dates.

Can this be done and if it can could you please help?
