Summing Cells According to Conditions

I have something like the following covering a large spreadsheet:


Code Amount Code Amount Code Amount
598008 50.00 598219 3.00 598214 6.55
598000 19.00 598002 2.00 598216 3.44
598214 50.00 598216 2.00 599102 8.00
599102 13.00 599104 45.00 598000 4.00
599200 6.00 598000 16.86 598002 6.00


I need a formula or something else that will hunt for each code and give me the sum of all the amounts it finds in the cell to the right of that code.

Such as: Code 598008 would be a total of 70.86. And so on.

I know this probably isn't that hard but it has been for me and it's an ongoing project where the amounts change every day.
