convert CVS to XLS

hi how can i convert a CVS file into an XLS file so that the layout will correct itself after exporting data from Sage?! merely saving as an XLS saves the incorrect layout?

and what is actually wrong in your layout?

it has become scattered by column, i think all data are in the correct rows, just the data in columns have been distributed wider than it should! e.g. C5 is now in E5, and C6 is now in F6 etc..
