exporting data from excel into word

    One Step Further?

    I am trying to do something pretty similar, but take it one step further. In the file "Excel to Word.xls" used in this example the reference numbers are in order, ie. 1...2...3. So n always equals n+1. In my case, the reference no. isn't that simple. I'd have to run some kind of lookup to find the row.

    Secondly, a drop downbox for a couple hundred entries seems troublesome, I'd rather enter the reference number manually.

    Any takers???
