Auto enable macros and links

Is there a way to automaticlly enable macros and connect to links without those annoying messages when the forms open?

Alas, there is not. It would be great from a functionality and security point of view because then the user couldn't disable the macros but there is no way to bypass that message (from what I know and have been told).
