need a bit of help

I'm being stupid today.

using 2007, i have found now that whatever cell I click on, when I use the enter key, move the mouse or cursor keys, the whole sheet moves ...

I forget how to get out of this mode.

Anyone help please.

maybe you'd better post in the 2007 forum.
Also change your thread to something relevant before getting a remark from a moderator.
