Price Quoting

I am working on a project with a parts list and pricing. A user puts in a part number and the part discription and price displays. All this works fine. The problem is when prices change on the parts sheet it updates all the quotes and completed jobs. Is there a way to keep pages from automaticlly updating when I update the main price sheet. Maybe a way to turn off auto calculate or auto update.

One suggestion would be to copy the values once you have given a quote and then paste the values only so that the formulas are no longer active.

As a simple recorded macro you could do the following (update the range accordingly)
