Eliminate records listed 8+ times in Excel worksheet

I have an Excel file with multiple duplicate records. This is a database with name, company, mailing address and many other fields. I am trying to eliminate anyone who is duplicated 8 times or more on this file. Anyone listed less than 8 times should remain on this file. Can this be done?

If you're just using 1 cell to determine duplicates (e.g. company name) then you can use the COUNTIF and autofilter to remove any companies that repeat over 8 times.
In a blank column type sometihing like this

and drag down. Then use autofilter >custom on this column to Greater than (or greater than or equal to) 8. Delete all visible rows.

Does this work for you? Attached is an example.
