Help with stock list

Hi, been pulling my hair out, what little is left, trying to create an automatic stock list. Basically have all my stock listed down one column as individual items. next is quantity in stock on the next column. When I sell an item I place quantity sold in a further column and I have a final column which does the sums, telling me how many items remain. As most of my stock are single items the rows are full of 1 and 0. How do I create a seperate stock list of available stock. ie if there is a number in the final row above zero, want it to show the actual item from Ist column on the worksheet. Hope all that makes sense. Any help will be appreciated.
