    Red face Exporting Questions

Hello every one, I have a question to all the Ninja-Excelies.

I have an excel sheet that has this type of formating:

Company: Shump Actor: George B. Age: 44 Art-type: Singer Ethincity: Hispanic email: george.b@hotmail.com website: www.george.com

I just made that one up, but I have something like that. It has about 6 fields accross, and there is close to 200 lines like that. The format I need is like this:

    Company: Shump
    Actor: George B.
    Age: 44
    Art-type: Singer
    Ethincity: Hispanic
    email: george.b@hotmail.com
    website:www.george.com

    Company: Shump
    Actor: George B.
    Age: 44
    Art-type: Singer
    Ethincity: Hispanic
    email: george.b@hotmail.com
    website:www.george.com

I need the 200 lines to be formated like that for the web all at once. Can that be done? I am very new to Excel.

    Thanks,

This macro might help. If works on the selected cells

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Open up the VBA editor by hitting ALT F11

Insert a new module by hitting Insert - Module

Paste the macro into the empty sheet

Hit ALT F11 to get back to the worksheet.

Run the macro by going to tools-macro in Excel 2003 or the view ribbon in Excel 2007.
