    Sizing Check Boxes & Radials

I've tried both the forms and the activex controls to create clickable (useable) radials and check boxes. The text I can resize, the actual object is so tiny as to be practically useless.

How do I rezie the actual object?

Also for the radials (circle with dot when selected), how do I make it un-select it when the user changes their mind or made a mistake. It stays depressed once selected unless I go reset it in the properties of the control/form.

Unselecting is the behavior of a check box, not a radio button. In a frame, one radio button is always active.

I can work in that confine, just a circle click looks much smoother on this form than a checkbox would. However, the circle as well as checkboxes are still way too small and need to be larger.

Try Marlett checkboxes (search to see lots of examples) instead of using those from the Forms toolbar or Control Toolbox. Very easy to mechanize, and unlike OLE objects, they are on the same layer of the spreadsheet as data. If you don't like the appearance of a check mark, change it to CHAR(149) and make it as large as you like.

Ok here is my problem. i was sent a form style that has been preapproved by legal for use. It already has circles drawn where if somone printed the form out they would check the circle to indicate the intent (similar to radio button but completely manual). They want me to make it into a soft copy form that can be pre-filled out then printed and signed. Some of the radio buttons would be single available and others might be checked along with the one next to them... Example

client was a mechanic and agent as well as a contractor.

Well the radio buttons mechanic and agent and contractor would all need to be selected, then the form printed and signed... but say they had multiple forms and the next client didnt' work for contracts so contracts would not need to be selected. Yes I know this is more like check boxes but they want a circle and a dot to indicate the selection, I have little say in the matter, and am trying to avoid macros as they tend to scare people.

    My brain is hurting now.

I don't know of a way to change the size of the circle -- I don't think there is one, but have been wrong before ...

    Good luck.
