Valuable Pivot Source List?

Hi all,


I'm in the middle of doing some market research of top revenue producing companies in a 5 state area broken down from a high to low level of the company's industry defined by my company.

Now some company's may fall under more than one market description and my question is how should I represent this in the source list? If I repeat the company, revenues will be counted more than once ultimately affecting my numbers when I slice and dice data in the a Pivot Table?

Any suggestions?
