Pivot Table Charts / Reports?

Hi all,

Currently I'm doing market research on top revenue producing companies in 5 different states.

My column headings are Company / State / City / Market Description / Specialty Description / Market Sector / & Revenues.

Market Desciption / Specialty Descrip / and Market sector are all labels to define company's through our Acct. dept.

Right now I have the data from the 5 different states, is the best way to begin conducting analysis and generate graphs / reports to compile all data into one master source list that I then can disect from there?

Ultimately I'm going to want to know what companies are top performing in each market / sector/ specialty / etc . . .

Thoughts / suggestions are appreciated.
