Print setting changes on different printers

I'm quite new to excel and had to make a travel request form for my department. I have one page that the user needs to print but on some printers the far right side of the sheet prints on a separate sheet - it's almost as if the area was outside the printable range for the sheet.

Is there a way to ensure that the sheet will print one page consistently no matter what printer is used?

I've attached the file I'm working with - the print page is the last tab on the sheet. I'm open to any and all suggestions on the whole project so if you see anything that would improve the overall worksheet please let me know.

    Thanks

For File>Page Setup, select print to 1 page high by 1 page wide.

I would use data validation to create dropdown lists whereever possible (e.g. yes/no questions or activity codes). See this link for a good explaination of data validation.
