Drop down validation for 2 columns

    Hi

I am trying to create a spreadsheet in Excel 2003 with a drop down so that when the user selects a certain name in the Column A, a linked name appears in Column B on the same row. I know how to do the drop down for column A but is there a way for data to automatically appear in Column B.

If you see the attached file, in Column A if I select "Adept", is it possible for "Benzoyl Urea IGR" to appear or be the only option to select in Column B?

    Thanks
    Sandra

    Try formula in B4:

    =VLOOKUP(A4,'Drop-down Info'!A3:B6,2,0)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
