sumif countblank

Hello,

I have dates entered in column E
I have statuses (text) entered in Column T.

I want to count the number of rows that have a date inputted in E, but NO status in column T (blank).

If a row doesn't have a date, don't count
if a row has a date and a value in T, don't count

if a row has a date and NO value in T, this is the total or sum that i need!


(dates in E are formatted as *Wednesday, March 14, 2001 if that matters. statuses in column T are from a data validation list, blank being the default, if that matters.)


Sounds simple enough but I can't figure it out.

Assuming you don't have anything entered in column E that isn't a date, how about:
