I got too excited for a solution and didn't realize that this solution isn't for a pivot table. I could really use a solution for a pivot table.....

You normally don't want to submit anything via e-mail with a pivot table. Depending on the size of data you are analyzing, it usually makes the file tremendously large...(at least 10mb or greater).
I usually do all the formatting that needs to be done with the pivot table functions then copy and paste it into a separate workbook. Keep your original document with the pivot table separate so you can easily update it in the future.
However, this doesn't answer your actual question because I don't know if you can fill in the blanks on a pivot tableI'm interested in finding out if you can though

I am already doing what you say, taking the data from the pivot table and pasting it into another sheet. But I am having to copy the headers down every few rows for over 1500 rows. This is a pain in the @%#. I find it completely ridiculous that you can't specify whether you'd like the labels to repeat or not.
have you tried freezing windows? just highlight row 2 and freeze window...
If you want to keep a column or two showing on the left side, just click in cell b2 (or c2, d3, etc...depending on how many left columns you want to show) and then freeze window.
