I have linked Excel 2000 with a few Access 2000 queries via Data>Get External Data>New Database Query option. Everything worked fine until I moved the folder containing both the .xls and .mdb files to a different location on the hard drive. Now whenever I try to refresh from within Excel, I get the following messages:
"ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Login Failed" ... 'location on the drive'.. is not a valid path... and I have an OK and Cancel buttons to choose from. If I click OK, then another window pops up with a "Database" button where I can choose a new location. After pointing to the new location, I get another error message:

"Microsoft ODBC Microsoft Access Driver 'location on the drive'... is not a valid path." The window gives me an OK button and it disappears after clicking on it.

Why it is not accepting the new path?
