Find hyperlink on sheet

Firstly I apologise if what I am about to explain has not mirrored my thread title. I have a workbook which has multiple sheets and on each sheet has multiple names with associated coloumns. On the front sheet I have created hyperlinks to each name (extremely time consuming!). But to simplify things further for the user, I was wondering if there is a way that the user can enter a name into a box and a formula or macro can then search the front sheet for a valid match and enter the result in another box but still retain the hyperlink, and from there click on the link to get to the relevant name on the relevant sheet. I did not think adding the file would help as what I am asking seems to be simple but my searches have remained fruitless. I hope you can help, thank you.

Hopefully this is close to what you need. I had to delete a couple of the sheets to keep the zipped file under the 100k limit of the forum. You'll need to add these back in again.

An additional sheet has been created which automatically generates a sorted list of all the names.

This is then used to populate a drop down for searching on the first tab.
