i have attached the master file(which should be updated) with the reports coming from the supervisors(Rosan & Jhon) in another sheets. the master file is same form as i given.

is their any way of automatic update by any macro, please show me details as i am a begginer of excel...........also how works..

    Hi,
is there any way the incoming reports could be presented another way or do they have to stay as is?
Some kind if list would be easier to analyze.

    Cheers

What Arthur is saying is that the nearer the layout of the report is toi the master, then the easier it is to copy to the master.
    Hope that helps.

For each supervisor you could create a list with the columns you already have and a "Date" column.

Meaning ONE long list with headings "Date", "supervisor", etc.. and each record underneath.
This list could be populated with a userform as described here :http://www.contextures.com/xlUserForm01.html
The lists created in this way could then be analyzed with a Pivot Table.

As I'm running out of time, I can't build an example right now, but if nobody has done it already, I'll have a go at it tomorrow.

    Cheers

    G'day,

Well....yes and no according to my suggestion.

If the Supervisor(s) only going to submit what I highlighted in blue then you can copy and paste the information with the adjusted Master Sheet

I've also added a VLOOKUP in Col A for the automatic return value of the Site number.

    Hope that helps
