    Analyze "breakdown" a sum of money

    Hi everybody,
    I'm new to this forum and this is my first post (question)
    What I would like to do is this
    When I enter in column "A" a number like 238.63$ then
    I want this number to be analyzed in columns "B", "c", "D" etc.
    in 50ies 20ies 10ns
    like this
    238.63$ (50) (20) (10) (5) (2) (1) (0.5) (0.2) (0.1) (0.05) (0.02) (0.01)
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    ------------4----1----1---1---1---1----1-----0-----1-----0------1------1

    Any suggestions would be welcome and a great help at work.

    Have a look at the QUOTIENT and MOD (remainder) functions in Help.

    Thank You but is not working.
    It works with the whole numbers but not with decimals

    It is incomplete, You are missing a collum of 0.02 cent's and
    it has some issue's with some decimals (try 238.14, 238.16, 238.17, 238.19)
