    Purchase Orders

I am working on a Gazillion dollar construction project it seems but we refuse to purchase a system that we can use for purchase orders.

Can anyone recommend something I can use in excel to manage purchase orders? Preferably, something that can pull all orders to a certain vendor, show items ordered received etc.......

I am hoping there is something out there before I try to recreate the wheel or put something together in MS Access.

    Sincerely,
    Troubled With Orders.........

    G'day Merlin,

Attached is a very simple version of a PO form.

The only entries you make are the account #, PO #, Code, and Qty.

For more advanced sheet have you googled. There is heaps of freeware out there. Keywords freeware purchase order form.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers

If its to be a large database then Access is the way to go, however if you want to hang on a couple of days i'll put something together in Excel where you can add a new customer/make a new order/view orders/view data as pivot table etc.
Not all forums are the same - seek and you shall find

Check out microsoft's templates. There's an access database there to customise.
    Hope that helps.
