I've been trying to paste a large excel document that only consists of data but when I paste it into another excel document, the columns and rows get resized to huge proportions. It's a big problem because the list of data nears the thousands. Does anyone know how I can paste without resizing? I can't paste special as an object either because I need to access each individual row and move them into different documents accordingly. Thanks all.
Try opening both documents and then right-click on the tab of the sheet you want to copy... select Move or Copy. Then from the To Book menu, select the other workbook.
In the Before Sheet, select the position you want the spreadsheet to be copied to..
Make sure to check the Create a Copy checkbox
Click Ok... an exact replica should be created in the other workbook.

just you need to copy the data and click right button you will find paste special option click that and uncheck the formula and click ok.
