    G'day krayziez,

I had to re model the information. You did was a very unique way but it worked.

But I will be easier if you use "name range". If you want to edit the range you can if you want to rename you can. All by using the Name Manager.

Sheet 1 with Sheet 1 Database is the information you gave me and how I did it is base on the following link

    http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal02.html

Sheet 2 with Sheet 2 Database, this has a few other options

Play around to see how it works.

Please do not hesitate to ask more questions

    Cheers

    Krayziez,
Lists work for any worksheet in the file. So, you could have a separate worksheet called "lists" and put all your lists in there, name them, then use them in any other worksheet.
Or, if you don't want to have an extra worksheet, put them off to the side somewhere and then hide (highlight, right-click, hide) those columns so they're invisible.

Autocomplete works in Excel, so using keystrokes to enter information in the drop-down menu cell should work once you've entered that information once. It will work much better if your list items all start with a different letter, instead of P1, P2, etc.
