If you look at the attachment you can see that my pivot is showing the subtotals of the amounts for the suppliers.
I want to filter this pivot so that only the subtotals under 2.000 will be shown.
How can this be done?

Hi,
I dont think that that function is embeded in the pivot tables (not sure about excel 2007).
One way to do this is to add a helper column to your source data and have the criteria programmed there. In this helper column (call it "subtotal <2000" for example) you could have something like this:
I´m considering Column A as the one having the supplier name and column C the one with the amount.![]()
