    Filter Pivot On Subtotal

    Hi,

If you look at the attachment you can see that my pivot is showing the subtotals of the amounts for the suppliers.

I want to filter this pivot so that only the subtotals under 2.000 will be shown.

    How can this be done?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

I dont think that that function is embeded in the pivot tables (not sure about excel 2007).

One way to do this is to add a helper column to your source data and have the criteria programmed there. In this helper column (call it "subtotal <2000" for example) you could have something like this:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
I´m considering Column A as the one having the supplier name and column C the one with the amount.

You can now add this field to the Page section of the pivot and Select "Yes".
