Checking Column Of Email Addresses Are In Correct Format

If I have column of email addresses how can I check that each individual address is in the correct format - Contains one "@" and one "."

Perhaps the ones which are not correct can be highlighted.

I am doing a mail shot and want to avoid the usual mail program problems when there is an incorrectly formatted address.
