Assistance to create a food intolerance spreadsheet

    Hi all,

Hope you can help me, this is a very generall question, and i guess i'm needing a lot of help with this one, hopefully someone out there can help me!

My Girlfriend suffers with food intolerance, but norrowing down foods she can and cant eat is really difficult, with so many combinations of food eaten during a day.

I'm after making a sheet that she can enter in her food eaten, meal by meal, and then a box to say wether her guts hurt or not afterwards, and then for the sheet to pinpoint the foods that are good or bad for her. For example if she has chicken and rice one night and her guts are good, but then she has fish and rice the next meal and her guts are bad, then obviously rice and chicken is ok, but fish is bad.

the sheet would need to run for about a month to give conclusive results. Really hoping one of you guys can help me, it would really help my girlfriend!

    Many thanks

    Mark

    Here's an idea for starters.
Enter foods individually in several columns. In the next column (say E), make check boxes, which she would check if her gut hurts. Make a filter at the top of column E. After a month, filter E for TRUE (checked boxes) and see what pops up.

Could be taken much further, of course.
