the only thing wrong with it is that it doesnt work under the each
ie if it comes in each it still requests value
i could put pack of 1 or box of 1 if its easier to do i suppose but was hoping to keep it as each

Can you simplify it, and list list the multiple that the parts can come in?
If not, you could make it a drop down where they select the type they want (say each, pack of 50, box of 24, etc,...), then have the next cell find the corresponding multiplier. Here's some ways you could do the this option:
