I would like to know how I can automatically 'set the printing area'.

For example

My spreadsheet has 5 catogories in one row (Cat A, B, C, D, E) with each catogory containing 30 piecies of data - Each catogory is like a block of cells. If only Catogory A and E are selected (all other catorgories have no valid data, and A is on the extreme left and E is on the right of the spreadsheet), how can I only print the two catogories and not the others by using some sort of auto function rather than having to set the print area every time when printing.

What I thought could be done is once the catogories are selected they are automatically selected when printing, and the others do not show up on the print.

BTW, I am unfamiliar with VBA, so if your solutions could try to avoid this, thanks.
