How to Locate a value and display the match item

Hello,

I have a question in excel that I hope you can help.

I have spreadsheet that contact a scoresheet that keep track of all the player score on a weekly basis, and each week, I have to locate for the highest score and display the name of the player.

I use the function Large(), however I don't how to locate for the player name.

Kindly advice. Here is the sample data
