Customized toolbars

Hello,
I customize my smart icons sets. For the past two days, my EXCEL has been crashing as it is going through a missing DLL file. IT helpdesk offered to reinstall my EXCEL, but I hate to lose all my smart icons. Is there a way to save the icon sets somewhere and access them after EXCEL is reinstalled?

I looked up help in Excel and this is what is given:
Customized toolbars (Excel.xlb)
Root\OS\Profiles\User_name\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel
Is there a way to access and save the customized toolbars from this location?
